On April 29, 2026, the ZEvRA project launched its Zero-Emission Solutions Series with the online webinar “The Circular EV: Designing Today for Tomorrow’s Mobility,” presented by M. Violeta Vargas-P.
The session addressed how electricvehicles can be designed with their entire life cycle in mind, combining life cycle thinking with a methodology developed and digitally protected by Eurecat – Technology Centre. Real project perspectives and links to current political developments illustrated how circular design can move from concept to industrial practice.

The series will continue throughout 2026 with new online sessions focused on Industry 4.0 and zero-emission solutions, addressing topics such as cast aluminium and aluminium foam use cases, steel, glass, and tire solutions, digital product passports, regulatory compliance for circular vehicles, thermoplastic compounds, and a final session on “From Materials to Mobility: A Circular Vision for the Vehicles of the Future.”
