Meet the Scientific Committee

We are proud to introduce the scientific committee members representing the Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna who are helping shape the program for the Second International Conference on Circular Materials and Mobility (CIRMA 2026) this 24–25 November 2026 at the VW Gläserne Manufaktur in Dresden, Germany.

Founded in 1088, the University of Bologna is widely recognised as the oldest university in continuous operation in the Western world. Today, it stands as one of Europe’s leading research institutions, consistently driving innovation in industrial manufacturing, advanced materials, and environmental sustainability.

The experts Lorenzo Donati, Alessandro Morri and Sara Di Donato from the University of Bologna bring invaluable expertise in automotive engineering, smart materials, and circular design to the CIRMA program.

Call for Papers: Abstract submissions are officially open. Submit now in the second round of abstracts open until the 31st of July and join the conversation in Dresden this November.
